Primary Emotions: Joy, Fear, Sadness (hurt), Shame

Fear that something needed is missing is the alarm that sets the cylce into motion.
Fear about our Attachment Needs: Love, Emotional Connection, Security, and Closeness
Essentially, the basis to the entire chain reaction or cycle are fears and needs: Are you there for me? Do you value me? Does my experience matter to you? Am I enough for you? Am I safe with you?
Reassurance, understanding, safety, love, or recognition are needed yet seem missing in the moment.
