Between Sessions

How Private Coaching Sessions Work:

Goal Focused

Coaching focuses on your values, goals and the change you seek for yourself. Coaching is a present focused, active, action based process. It's about learning new skills, tools and ways of responding to anxiety. We'll begin by looking at where you are now, and where you want to be, and determine the roadmap to get you there.

New Skill Development

I'll offer the essential tools, skills and practices to support change using evidenced based strategies whenever possible.

Forward Movement and Results

In-between sessions you will focus on action items; practicing anxiety management skills and tools. Subsequent sessions will continue to develop skills and tools and further equip you with the resources you need.

Session Logistics

Your private sessions will be 45 minutes each.

We will meet over video unless you prefer the phone.

In person sessions can be arranged, please inquire about rates.
